"I am a lawyer and a certified professional coach. My practice is focused on helping individuals develop strategies for coping with the changes around career transitions so that the process is less distressing, disruptive and more productive. I have in the course of my many careers, reinvented myself several times. I have been a lawyer, entrepreneur, investment banker, and venture capitalist. My latest career transition arose out of an event which was truly life-altering. I sustained a trauma to my spinal cord which significantly impaired my ability to work. Throughout my rehabilitation I faced many physical and emotional challenges to re-establishing a productive career. It was, however, because of these challenges that I discovered hitherto untapped resources within myself. It was by overcoming these obstacles that I found a new pathway to reinventing myself. It was the catalyst that led me into the exciting and fulfilling career of mentoring and executive coaching."
