I am more pragmatic; I call it it your authentic competitive advantage -- your true differentiation.
Whether you are a partner or associate in large or medium-sized law firm or a sole practitioner, what makes you different is the basis of your self-confidence, your competitive advantage in your practice and ultimately, your success in life and business.
