Ian is a member of The Law Society of Ontario and is a Certified Professional Co-Active Lawyer Coach in Toronto, ON. Ian Solomon worked as a Mergers & Acquisitions advisor for 20 years. During that time, he completed the sale or acquisition of many companies in Canada and the United States. He was also a founder of an early-stage technology start-up venture fund. Prior to that, Ian practiced corporate, commercial, municipal and real estate law in Toronto. He has an honours economics degree and a Bachelor of Law degree from McGill University and a Master of Law from Cambridge University.
